Hire Us

We're a small, senior game development team in Hobart, Tasmania. Studios and organisations bring us in to build games, features, and tools, either alongside their own team or on our own.

We have capacity for new projects in 2026 and 2027.

How We Work With You

Join your team, or take a piece of the project off your hands.

Co-development

We work inside your team: your repository, your engine, your task tracker and your meetings. Good for adding experienced hands to a project that's already moving.

External development

You give us a defined piece of work, like a feature, a system, a port, a prototype, or a whole game, and we build and deliver it, with regular check-ins along the way.

Short engagements

Technical reviews, architecture advice, feasibility prototypes, and training for your team. Useful when you need an answer before committing to a plan.

What We Build

Narrative is what we're known for, but it's only part of what we do.

Gameplay and features

Gameplay systems, UI, save systems, and the rest of the features a game needs to ship.

Tools and pipelines

Editor extensions, content pipelines, and the tools your designers and writers use every day.

Porting and engine work

Moving code and systems between Unity, Godot, and Unreal, and building engine-level features and plugins.

Performance

Profiling and optimisation when your game or tool needs to run faster or use less memory.

Testing and automation

Automated tests, build pipelines, and end-to-end testing of built games.

Narrative systems

Dialogue systems, Yarn Spinner integration and custom features, and narrative design and writing.
